MoneyGram CEO on Launch of New Payments Card

Anthony Soohoo, CEO of MoneyGram, said the company was surprised by the Senate's failure to advance the Clarity Act, but emphasized that MoneyGram will keep moving forward and focus on what it can control. He said it is too early to tell whether the bill, or something like it, will pass soon, and noted that the company is reassessing the regulatory environment.
