Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF), a provider of assisted reproductive services and specialist women’s imaging and diagnostic services across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, has announced the resignation of its CFO and company secretary, Malik Jainudeen.

Jainudeen will remain with the company until the end of April before taking up a new role at another organisation.

Monash IVF said it will begin a formal search for a successor and will provide updates as appropriate.

MVF Chair Richard Davis acknowledged Jainudeen's contributions since joining the company in 2014, highlighting his service as Acting CEO over the past six months.

"We thank Malik for his dedication as CFO and for stepping into the Acting CEO role, and we wish him every success in his future endeavours," Davis said.

At the time of reporting, Monash IVF Group's share price was $0.074.
