Monash IVF (ASX:MVF) has appointed Matt Harrington as CFO, with his start date set for Jan. 4, 2027.
Harrington steps into the position following roles as CFO of Wealth and Capital Markets at Australian Unity and CFO at AustralianSuper.
"[Harrington] brings strong finance, commercial and transformation experience, and a proven track record leading finance functions in large and complex organisations," said Monash IVF Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Dr Victoria Atkinson.
Interim CFO Birol Akdogan will remain with the business to manage an orderly transition period.
Following the announcement, the Monash IVF share price was unchanged at $0.75.
Harrington brings over 20 years of senior finance experience and holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and graduate member of GAICD.
The healthcare provider delivers fertility services across Australia and international markets while executing its broader growth and operational strategies.
