Engineering company Monadelphous Group (ASX:MND) has secured a suite of new construction and maintenance contracts within the resources and renewable energy sectors, valued at a combined total of approximately $120 million.

The company has landed a five-year panel contract to deliver mobile crane and lifting services across Rio Tinto’s (ASX:RIO) Pilbara port and mine facilities, alongside a three-year extension for multidisciplinary sustaining capital services.

Monadelphous has also expanded its footprint in the green energy space after being awarded a contract to construct a battery energy storage system at Fortescue’s (ASX:FMG) Cloudbreak mine site in the Pilbara—marking its third BESS project backing Fortescue’s decarbonisation strategy, with completion slated for late 2026.

Over in New South Wales, the company has further diversified its portfolio with a three-year panel appointment to provide structural and mechanical maintenance services for Port Waratah Coal Services at the Port of Newcastle.
