Monadelphous (ASX:MND) reported its 2026 financial results, posting revenue of $2.98 billion, a 31.5% increase. Net profit after tax increased 52.1% to $127.3 million.
The engineering construction division drove the growth, delivering $1.37 billion in revenue, up 48.5%.
EBITDA was $226 million, an increase of 42.9% on the prior period, delivering an EBITDA margin of 7.58%.
Managing Director Zoran Bebic said Monadelphous' committed work levels remain high, with more than $680 million in new contracts secured since the beginning of the new financial year and a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
Monadelphous' board declared a final dividend of 59 cents per share, taking the full year fully franked dividend to $1.08 per share, resulting in a dividend payout ratio of 85 per cent.
Following the announcement, the Monadelphous share price was up at $32.19.
Statutory revenue from contracts with customers, which excludes Monadelphous’ share of revenue from joint ventures, was $2.79 billion.
The broader business strategy involves expanding delivery capabilities and integrating services to achieve economies of scale.
