Moho Resources begins 5,000m drilling at Rocky Ridge prospect

Australian exploration company Moho Resources (ASX:MOH) commenced a 5,000-metre reverse circulation drilling programme at its high-grade Rocky Ridge prospect.

The campaign is designed to target depth extensions below historic underground workings, testing a north-dipping high-grade shear zone that was missed by previous north-west-oriented drilling campaigns.

Historic channel sampling from the site’s "South-west Adit 1" previously returned exceptional intercept grades of up to 8m at 28.5g/t Au, including spectacular bonanza-grade intervals of roughly 0.4m at 101g/t Au.

The current drilling framework aims to test a 200-metre strike extent and 100 metres down-dip of the mineralised shear zone, which remains open along strike and at depths below 40m.

Beyond Rocky Ridge, the multi-target programme will evaluate several nearby shallow gold prospects displaying surface mineralisation.

Moho has reported highly encouraging first assays from its 2026 soil sampling programme.

The results have defined multiple new gold targets, notably a 1.5-kilometre-long, +32ppb gold anomaly situated just 400m from historic open-pit mines.

Peak soil values from this programme include standout grades of 1.75g/t Au, 1.70g/t Au, 1.21g/t Au, and 1.07g/t Au.

Moho Resources Chairman, Peter Christie, noted that Rocky Ridge remains largely untested at depth despite its exceptional historic mine grades.

Christie stated that the company expects a robust period of discovery-focused news flow throughout 2026, with the first drill assays anticipated within the next six weeks.
