Microsoft to Spend $10 Billion in Persian Gulf Through 2030

Microsoft Corp. will spend $10 billion through 2030 in four Persian Gulf countries - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The software giant will build out infrastructure and strengthen cyber security. Microsoft President Brad Smith speaks to Bloomberg's Ed Ludlow.
