Memphasys expands European footprint with $674,000 deal

Memphasys (ASX:MEM) signed an exclusive three-year distribution agreement with specialist IVF supplier INVIDO LAB to commercialise its Felix System across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Kazakhstan.

The contract establishes minimum purchase commitments that escalate from approximately $139,000 in Year 1 to $310,000 in Year 3.

"Our European expansion momentum continues. This agreement adds three markets and about $674,000 in minimum contracted purchases, supported by our newly employed European commercial leader," the company said in a statement.

The contracted territories represent an addressable market of roughly 89,600 assisted reproductive technology cycles annually, supported by a newly appointed European commercial lead.

The agreement grants exclusivity for Felix cartridges and consoles subject to agreed performance targets.

Following the announcement, the Memphasys share price was unchanged at $0.006.

The commercial expansion relies on building recurring revenue through the continuous sale of single-use bio-separation cartridges.

This expansion follows earlier 2026 market entries into the Nordic region, Vietnam, Thailand, and Turkey.
