Megaport posts $395M revenue in FY26

Megaport (ASX:MP1) reported its financial results for the year ended June 30, delivering group annual recurring revenue of $395.2 million.

Gross profit increased 41% to $229 million, with gross margin improving two percentage points to 73%. Total revenue for FY26 was $312.2 million, up $85.1 million or 37% compared to FY25.

"The Network business produced its strongest commercial performance to date, Latitude.sh expanded rapidly following acquisition, and our combined capabilities secured major long-term customer contracts across Compute, Network, and Storage," said Megaport CEO Michael Reid.

Network annual recurring revenue reached $289.6 million, while compute annual recurring revenue climbed to $105.6 million following its integration.

Following the announcement, the Megaport share price was up at $20.51.

For FY27, Megaport expects revenue of $620 million to $730 million and EBITDA of 38% to 40% of revenue and capital expenditure of $1.28 billion to $1.38 billion.

The business operates a global software-defined network platform that connects thousands of customers across numerous international data centres.
