Mayne Pharma (ASX:MYX) secured exclusive five-year Australian rights to commercialise menopause gel Blissel.
The agreement expands the company's local portfolio into an unserved segment of the Australian market.
"Blissel addresses a genuine gap in the Australian market," said Mayne Pharma CEO Aaron Gray.
Under the deal, sales milestones will reach up to €300,000 while Italfarmaco handles manufacturing.
Following the announcement the Mayne Pharma share price was unchanged at $3.00.
The pharmaceutical group continues to focus on growing its specialised women's health portfolio. The business recently reported annual revenue of $387.4 million.
