
Mayne Pharma appoints new CFO

Mayne Pharma (ASX:MYX) appointed Griffin D. Buchanan as CFO, effective Aug. 1.
Buchanan brings over 19 years of healthcare finance experience as the company expands its core women's health portfolio.
“Griffin's appointment strengthens our leadership team with a finance executive who understands the global medical technology and women's health markets first-hand,” said Mayne Pharma CEO Aaron Gray.
He previously led finance at Establishment Labs (NASDAQ:ESTA) after managing a US$1.4 billion division at Siemens Healthineers.
Following the announcement, the Mayne Pharma share price was unchanged at $2.92.
The specialty pharmaceutical company focuses on commercialising branded and generic health products across Australia and international markets.
The leadership change follows Mayne Pharma's ongoing strategy to optimise operational performance and drive growth in key therapeutic areas.
