
Mayfield Group (ASX:MYG) entered a binding agreement to acquire the Nilsen Switchboards Division for $4 million cash.
The transaction represents the third strategic acquisition completed by the company over the past 12 months.
The acquisition includes the N-Series product platform, associated intellectual property, and engineering documentation.
The company stated that approximately 66 employees are expected to transfer under the agreement by Oct. 31, 2026.
Following the announcement, the Mayfield Group Holdings share price was down at $2.48.
The transaction adds $3.9 million of new work-in-hand to Mayfield.
Mayfield stated that the acquisition is expected to provide a revenue base of $10–15 million in financial year 2027.
