Mader Group hits $1B FY26 revenue record

Mader Group (ASX:MAD) reported record full-year FY26 revenue of $1 billion, representing a 15% increase compared to the prior corresponding period.

The total revenue result compared to $872.2 million generated in FY25, while full-year net profit after tax reached $65.4 million.

The company reported that its Australian operational segment expanded revenue by 16% to $797.7 million, while North American operations grew revenue by $189.6 million.  

Mader Group stated that the board elected not to declare a dividend for FY26 in order to retain capital to support long-term growth initiatives.

Following the announcement, the Mader Group share price was down at $6.69.

The business successfully closed out its initial five-year strategic plan, achieving a five-year net profit compound annual growth rate of 28%.

Mader Group reached its medium-term balance sheet target during the period, ending the financial year with net cash of $35.7 million.
