
Maas Group secures $855M infrastructure contract

- Maas Group secured an $855 million electrical infrastructure order from Firmus.
- The company upgraded its FY26 underlying EBITDA guidance to between $300 million and $310 million.
- Shares rose following the order and a further $300 million investment in Firmus.
Maas Group Holdings (ASX:MGH) has secured an $855 million modular electrical infrastructure order to supply Firmus over 18 months.
The deal lifts total work in hand for subsidiary JLE Group above $1.2 billion.
Maas Group raised its FY26 underlying EBITDA guidance range to between $310 million and $320 million.
The company noted continuing operations EBITDA will remain on target at $135 million.
Following the announcement, the Maas Group share price was up at $5.41.
Maas Group also agreed to buy a further $230 per share.
The transaction increases the company's total outlay in Firmus to $410 million for a 3.2% stake.
