Lovisa Holdings (ASX:LOV) announced that Group CFO Chris Lauder has resigned after nine years in the role.
The leadership change comes as the global jewellery retailer works to ensure a smooth operational transition across its management team.
"We would like to thank Chris for his significant contribution to the group over the last nine years and wish him well for the future," said Lovisa Global CEO John Cheston.
Lauder will serve a six-month notice period before officially departing on April 7, 2027.
Following the announcement, the Lovisa share price was down at $22.60.
The board stated that it will launch a global search process to appoint a replacement CFO.
Lovisa continues to oversee its international retail footprint while leveraging its established internal finance team.
