Life360 (ASX:360) increased second-quarter total revenue by 38% to US$159 million, driven by subscription and advertising growth.
Core subscription revenue reached US$111.1 million this quarter, representing a 34% increase from the prior corresponding period.
Advertising revenue more than tripled to US$22 million for the quarter, while net income fell to US$5.1 million from US$7 million last year.
"This quarter, Life360 crossed 100 million monthly active users—proof of the trust millions of families place in us to stay connected, coordinated, and safe," said Life360 CEO Lauren Antonoff.
The company ended the quarter with US$467.7 million in cash and short-term investments to fund strategic initiatives.
Following the announcement, the Life360 share price was up at $29.48, as the company anticipates continued revenue acceleration.
The business operates a digital platform providing location-sharing and safety-related services to a global consumer base.
Management stated the organisation is focused on commercialising its advertising platform across its 102.4 million monthly active users.
