Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the Ukrainian capital is in a better shape to face next winter after Russian strikes caused mass power outages during this season's prolonged sub-zero temperatures. Klitschko spoke to Bloomberg from the 12th Bloomberg CityLab Summit in Madrid.
