KGL Resources (ASX:KGL) has completed a $120 million entitlement offer to support its capital growth plan.
The offer formed part of a broader $300 million equity raising announced in late June.
Existing shareholders submitted valid applications for 333 million shares, raising approximately $66.6 million in total.
Underwriters will issue the remaining 264.6 million shortfall shares, allocating 41 million shares to top shareholder KMP Investments.
Following the announcement, the KGL Resources share price was up at $0.22 as new shares head towards trading.
The company stated that proceeds will combine with streaming funds to develop its Northern Territory Jervois copper project.
Management expects the combined capital package to fully fund the project through construction and into commercial production.
