  • Kaiser Reef delivered 6,263 ounces of gold across its Henty and Maldon operations for the September quarter.
  • The company increased its combined closing cash and bullion position to $40 million while reducing debt.
  • Operations focus on paying off the Auramet gold loan this month alongside ongoing infrastructure reinvestments.

Kaiser Reef (ASX:KAU) produced 6,263 ounces of gold during the quarter ended Sept. 30 while building its total cash and bullion holdings to $40 million.

The output was led by the Henty Gold Mine, which processed and reconciled 5,692 ounces of gold and 5,259 ounces of silver, alongside 572 ounces of gold from the Maldon Gold Project.

"Our production at Henty is not yet where we want it to be. There have been some personnel changes on site, and we expect ongoing improvement and production to lift to target," said Kaiser Reef Managing Director Brad Valiukas.

In terms of capital management, the company reduced its debt via a 312-ounce gold loan reduction worth approximately $1.9 million, with full repayment of the Auramet facility scheduled for completion this month.

Management plans to enter the December quarter with a fully funded balance sheet focused on disciplined production growth and reserve expansion across its dual-asset platform.

Following the announcement, the Kaiser Reef share price was unchanged at $0.18.

The Australian gold producer maintains operational assets across Tasmania and Victoria, where reinvestment was directed into infrastructure, equipment, and exploration during the period.
