Kaili Resources (ASX:KLR) announced that aircore drilling will commence tomorrow at its Mallee Project, covering the Lameroo (EL 6856), Coodalya (EL 6978), and Karte (EL 6977) tenements in South Australia’s Murray Basin.
Equipment arrived on site today in preparation for the program, which targets rare earth elements reportedly hosted within the fine clay fraction of Tertiary-era Loxton/Parilla Sands.
The tenements are located approximately 200km east of Adelaide and are accessible by highway.
The drilling program will consist of 30 holes, each up to 20m deep, for a total of up to 600m, focusing primarily on the Coodalya tenement following promising results from the September 2025 program.
Holes have been strategically sited along roadside verges with council approvals to minimise disruption to private land while covering a wide area of the target stratigraphy.
