Janus Electric (ASX:JNS) secured conditional orders valued at approximately $45 million from four new US fleet operators for 67 diesel-to-electric truck conversions.
The new orders expand the company's US customer base from one to five operators and follow a previous A$10 million order from Ability Tri-Modal announced on July 13.
The recent expansion demonstrates rapid adoption of the company's technology across key commercial transport routes.
The agreements cover 67 conversions, 77 swappable battery sets, and four Janus Charge & Change Stations for Golden State Express, WEHACO, Tradelink Transport, and King Fio Trucking.
Following the announcement, the Janus Electric share price was unchanged at $0.15.
The company stated that combined HVIP vouchers and a Port of Los Angeles "Plus" grant reduce the net cost of a conversion to near zero for qualifying fleet operators in California.
The new contracts bring the total North American order book to 112 truck conversions, comprising 87 units in the United States and 25 units in Canada.
