
IPD Group reports $414.3M full-year revenue

IPD Group (ASX:IPG) reported full-year revenue of $414.3 million, exceeding the top end of its previous earnings guidance.
The top-line result represented a 16.8% increase, while underlying EBITDA rose 19.4% to $55.4 million compared to last year. Net profit after tax climbed to $30.9 million from $26.2 million a year earlier.
The company noted that data centre revenue growth remained strong, increasing by 27% to $71.5 million during the period.
IPD declared a final fully franked dividend of 7.9 cents per share, payable on Oct. 8, bringing its total dividend to 14.7 cents per share.
Management highlighted its conservative debt profile, and following the announcement the IPD Group share price was unchanged at $5.04.
The business stated that its gross profit margins reflected a strategic shift towards more complex and competitive customer orders.
Operations were further expanded during the year following the successful acquisition and integration of Platinum Cables in December 2025.
