Infotrust appoints Paul Timmins as new CEO
ASX-listed cyber security and technology services provider Infotrust (ASX:ITS) announced a leadership transition, appointing veteran technology executive Paul Timmins as its CEO, effective immediately.
Timmins succeeds Julian Challingsworth, who is stepping down following a multi-year tenure focused on structural turnaround and strategic repositioning.
To ensure a seamless handover, Challingsworth will remain with the company to support an orderly transition period.
Timmins steps into the CEO role with a proven track record of scaling complex international service organisations.
He previously served as CEO of Australian technology consulting firm Protegic and led substantial revenue expansion as CEO of Davidson Technology.
His extensive background also includes senior global leadership roles at DXC Technology, where he managed the Microsoft Dynamics practice and drove substantial international growth.
Infotrust's board highlighted his deep expertise in operational execution, transformation, and acquisition integration as pivotal assets for the company’s next phase.
Alongside the executive appointment, Infotrust delivered a positive strategic update, updating its second-half FY26 guidance to project an underlying EBITDA of approximately $2.3 million.
The milestone reflects the company's pivot towards a focused, cyber-first managed technology business model.
