  • InFocus Group is expanding its Codexa platform into global real-money online gaming markets outside the US.
  • The company will focus on Curaçao-licensed operators, targeting a market projected to reach US$530 billion by 2030.
  • The expansion aims to broaden the company's addressable market beyond US sweepstakes using existing cash reserves.

InFocus Group (ASX:IFG) has announced the expansion of its proprietary Codexa platform into licensed real-money online gaming markets outside the United States.

The move extends the software beyond the US sweepstakes sector into a global online gambling industry that reached US$293 billion in gross gaming revenue in 2024.

"Codexa was designed to be modular and scalable, so new markets and products can be added to the platform rather than built from scratch," said InFocus Group Holdings CEO and Executive Director Ken Tovich.

The technology expansion will be funded through existing cash reserves, with supplier registration expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

White-label partners can now deploy one platform across both US sweepstakes and international real-money gaming configurations.

Following the announcement, the InFocus Group Holdings share price was unchanged at $0.008.

InFocus Group Holdings operates as a software solutions provider, delivering data analytics and gaming platform technology to commercial partners.
