IEA Says Can 'Do More Later' on Oil Stockpiles If Needed

International Energy Agency Executive Director Fatih Birol said on Monday that the agency still has a lot of stocks left that could be released if necessary. He added that IEA's actions had additional barrels of oil flowing to the market in Asia.
