IEA Chief on Strait Closure Impact

Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, says markets are nervous and "grappling with big uncertainty" as escalating attacks threaten shipments of oil, fertilizer, natural gas, and other cargoes through the Strait of Hormuz.
