Economist and CEO Nouriel Roubini says the planned US naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz is merely a "game of chicken" which Iran can outlast, and could allow Tehran to recover, keep oil prices higher and push global growth weaker. He speaks to Bloomberg's David Ingles at the Greenwich Economic Forum in Hong Kong.
