Helloworld Travel (ASX:HLO) announced full-year FY27 guidance, expecting total transaction value to reach approximately $4.8 billion with underlying EBITDA of $78 million to $84 million.
First-quarter total transaction value and underlying EBITDA matched prior corresponding period levels despite higher aviation fuel costs and ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
The company stated that the planned acquisition of Crown Currency Exchange on Oct. 30 is expected to contribute $14 million to the full-year underlying EBITDA result.
International air ticket sales showed premium class travel accounted for 52% of sales during the September quarter alongside bookings in accommodation, touring, and cruises.
Forward booking numbers through to June 30, 2027, indicate early growth momentum of around 10% across key markets.
Following the announcement, the Helloworld Travel share price was unchanged at $1.36.
The travel group refunded significant consumer sums for cancelled flights following its June update, though most cancellations led to rebookings across calendar 2026.
