
Harvey Norman posts $437.8M profit in FY26
- Harvey Norman reported an 8.6% increase in full-year net profit to $437.8 million for the period ended June 30.

Harvey Norman (ASX:HVN) reported a full-year net profit after tax of $437.8 million for the period ended June 30, representing an 8.6% increase compared to the previous financial year.
The result shows an acceleration in growth relative to FY25, where net profit after tax rose just 2% to $403.30 million.
Total system sales revenue increased by 3.1% to $9.64 billion, comprising $6.58 billion in aggregated Australian franchisee sales revenue and $3.05 billion in overseas company-operated sales revenue.
“With total assets approaching $9 billion, net assets approaching $5 billion, substantial property ownership and low gearing, we remain well positioned to deliver long-term sustainable growth for our shareholders,” stated Chairman Gerry Harvey.
Pre-tax profit excluding lease net impacts, property revaluations, and pecuniary penalties rose 10.9% to $654.6 million compared to $590.4 million in FY25.
The board has recommended the payment of a fully-franked final dividend of 13 cents per share, to be paid on Nov. 12 to shareholders registered on Oct. 7.
Following the announcement, the Harvey Norman share price was up at $4.37.
The retailer continues to operate its global network of franchised and company-owned stores across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe.
