Green360 wins major Eco-Clay agreement with Holcim
Green360 Technologies (ASX:GT3) said its subsidiary, Suvo Minerals Australia, has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Holcim (Australia).
The agreement marks the first named commercial customer for Green360’s proprietary Eco-Clay, a high-reactivity metakaolin designed as a sustainable, low-carbon alternative to traditional cement.
Under the terms of the MOU, Green360 is set to supply up to 4,800 tonnes of Eco-Clay over an initial 12-month period to support Holcim’s expansive concrete operations across Victoria.
The partnership represents a rapid acceleration for the company, which has reached three major milestones in just seven weeks.
The streak includes the finalisation of a toll treatment agreement with Calix, the completion of first commercial production at the Bacchus Marsh facility in April, and the subsequent securing of Holcim as a key industry partner.
Holcim, a subsidiary of the global building materials giant Holcim Group, reported net sales of CHF 15.7 billion in 2025.
Both parties are now working towards a binding supply agreement, targeted for completion within 90 days, which would formalise Eco-Clay’s role in decarbonising Australia’s construction landscape.
At the time of reporting, Green360 Technologies’ share price was $0.039.
