Green360 Technologies signs binding agreement with Eifers Civil
- Green360 Technologies agreed to supply Eifers Civil with up to 4,800 tonnes of MKX-CC over an initial 12-month period at $250 per tonne.
- Together with its Holcim deal, total supply agreements cover up to 9,600 tonnes, representing 32% of its 30,000-tonne-per-annum market creation target.
- The company noted the deal supports market adoption as Australia's concrete industry faces tightening supplies of traditional cementitious materials.
Green360 Technologies (ASX:GT3) has entered into a binding supply agreement with Eifers Civil to deliver up to 4,800 tonnes of its proprietary MKX-CC supplementary cementitious material over an initial 12-month period at a fixed price of $250 per tonne delivered.
The binding deal builds on Eifers' previous use of MKX in major infrastructure projects, including airport taxiway pavement pours in Melbourne.
G360 Executive Chairman Aaron Banks said, “Securing Eifers as our second commercial supply customer builds on the practical experience gained using MKX in infrastructure projects. It is an important step in establishing repeat demand for a locally produced alternative to traditional SCMs.”
Under the terms, the combined supply commitments with Holcim and Eifers Civil now cover up to 9,600 tonnes across their respective initial 12-month terms.
The combined volumes represent 32% of the company's 30,000-tonne-per-annum Calix market creation target.
Following the announcement, the Green360 Technologies share price was unchanged at $0.026.
The market-creation phase comes as the Australian concrete industry prepares for structural constraints in traditional supplementary cementitious material supplies, including fly ash and blast furnace slag.
To date, over 3,500 cubic metres of concrete containing MKX has been poured across Melbourne infrastructure projects.
