Great Bear Exploration (ASX:GBL) secured multiple contractor agreements to imminently commence field activities at its Great Bear Lake Project.

This operational update follows an independent review that integrated historical mineral records with exploration data gathered during 2024.

“This programme is about executing a disciplined exploration strategy with the best technical team available,” said Great Bear Exploration Executive Director Rod McIllree.

Technical specialists will execute high-resolution airborne gravity and magnetic surveys to refine primary targets across the property.

Following the announcement, the Great Bear Exploration share price was down at $0.017.

The company previously operated under the name Hydrocarbon Dynamics before transitioning its focus towards Canadian mineral assets.

The broader regional footprint encompasses a 2,800-square-kilometre project area prospective for copper, gold, silver, and uranium mineralisation.
