Gratifii signs movie ticket supply deal with Blackhawk
- Gratifii signed a three-year deal with Blackhawk Network to supply movie tickets to Australian loyalty clients.
- The contract opens an enterprise distribution channel across 199 cinema locations, though immediate total financial revenue remains unquantified.
- The company aims to expand ticket volume and drive margins through direct application programming interface integration.
Gratifii (ASX:GTI) entered an agreement via its subsidiary Ticketmates Australia to supply movie tickets across 199 cinema locations to Blackhawk Network clients.
The company established this initial three-year distribution channel to increase overall ticket volumes compared to its existing customer redemptions.
"As we hold direct contracts with every cinema provider in our network, there are no aggregators in the middle and no gaps in coverage," said Gratifii CEO and Managing Director Iain Dunstan.
Ticketmates earns a margin on each sold ticket, though total revenue depends on customer redemptions and cannot yet be reliably quantified.
Gratifii stated that the agreement establishes a major enterprise distribution channel that is not subject to any material conditions precedent.
Following the announcement, the Gratifii share price was unchanged at $0.033.
The transaction connects Blackhawk directly to 18 cinema chains using automated ticket issuance, pricing, and real-time inventory feeds.
