Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) reported that its global data centre power bank expanded to 6.6 gigawatts in its first quarter operational update for the 2026-27 financial year.
The reported figures contrast with previous periods as the industrial landlord continues to shift a significant portion of its development focus towards digital infrastructure and powered assets.
"We expect ongoing demand and constrained supply to continue to support rental growth, creating further opportunities to develop our assets and grow the value of our business around the world," said Goodman Group CEO Greg Goodman.
The firm maintained its full-year guidance, targeting operating earnings per share growth of 9% alongside a distribution target of 30¢ per security for the 2026-27 financial year.
Following the announcement, the Goodman Group share price was down at $27.07.
The company maintains an extensive global real estate portfolio focused on logistics properties, warehouses, and next-generation data centres designed to handle modern cloud computing and artificial intelligence requirements.
Goodman operates across major international markets through specialised investment partnerships that hold the vast majority of its active data centre projects and development pipelines.
