Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) has made its agreement to acquire 100% of IGO Nova unconditional following regulatory approval.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission granted a notification waiver, ruling that the transaction does not need formal notification under statutory rules.
The company stated that transaction completion is expected within 10 business days of IGO (ASX:IGO) finishing Nova operations, 30 November 2026, or another agreed date.
Following the announcement, the Global Lithium share price was unchanged at $1.02.
The acquisition involves purchasing the Nova operation owner from a subsidiary of IGO to expand project assets.
