GenusPlus Group reports revenue of $1.28B for FY26

• GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) reported $1.28 billion in revenue for FY26.
• The infrastructure firm expanded its cash balance to $476 million alongside dividend growth.
• The company forecasts FY27 EBITDA between $200 million and $205 million.

National essential power and communications provider GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) increased its FY26 revenue by 70.5% to $1.28 billion.

The top-line expansion compared with the prior corresponding period's revenue figure of $751.3 million recorded in FY25.

The company highlighted operational momentum across core operations during the full financial year.

Secondary details revealed cash inflow from operations reached $194 million, while the tendered pipeline stood at $3.6 billion.

"The tailwinds for the Infrastructure and Energy and Engineering segment are significant as Australia transitions to new clean energy generation, which requires significant investment in the transmission network across the country," stated David Riches, GenusPlus Group’s managing director.

The business maintained an order book of $2.2 billion, excluding recurring revenue streams.

The directors have declared a final dividend of 3.6 cents per share to be paid on Oct. 30. This brings total dividends for the year to 5.6 cents per share, up 55.6% from FY25.

Following the announcement, the GenusPlus Group share price was down at $8.78.

Genus is forecasting EBITDA to be $200-205 million in FY27. Recurring revenue has continued to grow and is forecast to be circa $764 million in FY2027 (including MPK), up from $446 million in FY26.

The group operates across power, telecommunications, and industrial services markets throughout Australia.

Its project portfolio includes infrastructure contract delivery and recurring maintenance services for utility assets.
