Global insurance powerhouse Gallagher has signed a multi-year agreement to become the new Principal Partner for the ACT Brumbies.

The partnership secures Gallagher’s position as the premier supporter for both the Swyftx Super Rugby Pacific and Super Rugby Women’s squads.

Fans can expect to see the Gallagher brand debut on the new jerseys for Round 1 of the 2026 season and at the February 28 home opener.

“To have Gallagher come on board as a Principal Partner is massive for the Brumbies, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming them into our rugby family,” said ACT Brumbies Chair Joe Roff.

The deal unites one of the world’s largest risk management firms with Australia’s most successful Super Rugby franchise under a banner of shared ethics and high performance.

This collaboration focuses heavily on community connection, leveraging Gallagher’s rich history in the ACT to support the game from grassroots to the professional stage.

“This partnership represents all of us working together to bring to life our core shared values of excellence, integrity and community,” said Gallagher representative and former Wallaby Tony Shaw.

The announcement specifically identifies the global brokerage firm as the lead entity, distinguishing the partnership from its subsidiary divisions.

Both organisations are now finalised in their preparations to host the first home game of the season against the Blues at GIO Stadium.
