Freehill Mining (ASX:FHS) generated $457,162 in total site revenue during August as recovery efforts took hold following a significant weather event.
The August sales figure demonstrates a rebound from July 2026 revenue of $329,422, though it remains below the peak June level of $496,107.
The fine details reveal that Yerbas Buenas contributed $131,226, while Islon brought in $325,936 the total August revenue.
Managing Director Paul Davies said, "Despite disruptions continuing partway through August, revenue rebounded strongly with demand recovering across our key products."
The company stated that damage caused by the weather event provides a potential impetus for its products to support required infrastructure rebuilds in the Coquimbo and La Serena regions.
Following the announcement, the Freehill Mining share price was unchanged at $0.0010.
The business is also advancing its Yerbas Buenas copper project under recently appointed engineer Marco Meneses.
Additionally, the company noted that the approval of the nearby Dominga Mine ideally positions it as a potential key supplier of construction materials.
