FOS Capital (ASX:FOS) announced expected Q1 FY27 revenue of $7.2 million and EBITDA of $0.5 million, marking the second-strongest quarterly sales performance in the company's history.
The forecast follows a period of cost reductions, an expanded order book, and improving trading conditions across the business.
The update details $2 million of annualised cost savings identified by management, with approximately $1 million already implemented and the remainder targeted during FY27.
The company highlighted continuous commercial momentum, including an order book of $10 million, a record active quote pipeline of $130 million, and a $2.5 million Queensland Schools Lighting upgrade programme.
Following the announcement, the FOS Capital share price was unchanged at $0.14.
