FOS Capital secures $0.5M Eastern Freeway contract

Share

FOS Capital (ASX:FOS) secured an infrastructure contract for the Victorian Government’s North East Link Programme Eastern Freeway Upgrades.

The contract will be executed through FOS Capital’s subsidiary, Aldridge Traffic Systems.

Valued at $0.5 million, the agreement tasks ATS with supplying advanced intelligent transport systems, roadway lighting and control equipment for the high-profile motorway project.

A central feature of the order is the newly designed and approved ATS high mast fitting.

The equipment operates at half the weight of alternative market products, reducing structural load.

FOS Capital will integrate its proprietary "TST" Traffic Smart City Technology Intelligent Traffic System across all supplied products to improve traffic management and efficiency.

The contract marks the largest project win for ATS since its acquisition by FOS Capital in June 2025.

Following what management described as a transformative corporate restructure and rebuild, the subsidiary has built momentum by capitalising on substantial operational groundwork.

FOS Capital reported that the group’s total order book has strengthened considerably, currently standing at a robust $16 million.

Construction and delivery timelines for the Eastern Freeway component are expected to align with the overarching NELP infrastructure schedule.

At the time of reporting, FOS Capital’s share price was $0.14.
