FOS Capital (ASX:FOS) reported first-quarter sales of $7.3 million, representing a 64% increase on the prior corresponding period.

The outcome delivered unaudited EBITDA of $0.6 million, surpassing the operational figures previously guided by management on Sept. 3.

"The combination of a growing order book, record quote pipeline, recent contract wins, and continued progress within Aldridge Traffic Systems positions FOS well for the remainder of FY27," said FOS Capital Managing Director Con Scrinis.

The quarterly performance was supported by key project acquisitions, including the Monash Medical Clinic project worth approximately $1 million and the Queensland Schools Lightning Upgrade programme generating roughly $2.5 million in expected sales.

FOS stated that trading momentum is expected to continue into the second quarter of FY27, backed by an order book that expanded 15% on the prior corresponding period to $10.5 million as of Sept. 30.

Following the announcement, the FOS Capital share price was unchanged at $0.12.

The company recently completed an $1.8 million capital raise through an institutional placement and share purchase plan.

Capital raised from the issue will be used to fund ongoing expansion initiatives across Aldridge Traffic Systems and support general working capital requirements.
