Flight Centre Travel Group (ASX:FLT) announced the acquisition of Fresh Approach (UK).

The addition marks a milestone for the Brisbane-based travel giant, as it seeks to integrate Fresh's creative and brand-experience expertise into its existing FCM Meetings & Events operations.

Based in Manchester and Edinburgh, Fresh Approach is a premier agency that has carved out a niche in delivering high-impact corporate events.

Under the new agreement, CEO Lee Harris and his established leadership team will continue to steer the business, ensuring continuity while leveraging FLT's massive global scale, governance frameworks, and advanced technology.

The financial outlook for the acquisition is robust, with Fresh forecast to deliver approximately £18 million in turnover and £1.2 million in EBITDA during the 2026 fiscal year.

For Flight Centre, the value proposition extends beyond immediate revenue; the deal unlocks substantial cross-selling opportunities between FLT's corporate client base and Fresh’s specialised event services.

The expansion into non-traditional, high-margin revenue streams is already showing momentum, with M&E and professional services accounting for nearly 10% of FLT’s corporate sector revenue in the first half of FY26.
