Fleetwood taps industrial veteran as CEO

Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) has appointed Andrea Pidcock as its new CEO, effective Feb. 2.

Pidcock joins the construction and accommodation giant following an extensive executive career characterised by major business turnarounds and operational enhancements at industry leaders such as Rio Tinto, Boral, and most recently, Onsite Rental Group.

The appointment comes at a critical juncture for Fleetwood as the company seeks to industrialise its operating platform and capitalise on Australia's growing demand for modern construction methods.

Executive Chairman John Klepec, who has been managing CEO duties since late 2025, praised Pidcock’s "energy, discipline, and hands-on leadership," noting her proven ability to drive EBIT improvements and structural transformations.
