  • Fleetwood has signed a binding agreement to sell its RV Solutions division, including the Camec business, to Aussie Traveller for $9.5 million.
  • The company expects to net $7.8 million in cash in FY27 while absorbing $10 million to $12 million in total restructuring costs.
  • The divestment aims to streamline operations and redirect management focus towards core accommodation and building operations.

Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) has executed an agreement to sell its RV Solutions assets, including the Camec business, to Aussie Traveller for $9.5 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.

The transaction marks the company's complete exit from the recreational vehicle market to simplify its operational structure into Community Solutions and Building Solutions.

"The exit of RV Solutions is an important step in Fleetwood's strategy to optimise its portfolio and to focus capital and management attention on its core businesses," said Fleetwood CEO Andrea Pidcock.

Fleetwood stated that it expects to realise approximately $10 million and $12 million across FY26 and FY27.

The sale is scheduled to complete on Sept. 1, and following the announcement the Fleetwood share price was unchanged at $1.86.

The company stated that its dividend policy remains unchanged, with the board intending to maintain a target payout of 100% of net profit after tax.

The divested division will continue trading as normal through July and August, over which Fleetwood expects the unit to break even.
