Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) announced that CFO Cate Chandler has resigned from her role to pursue an external career opportunity.
Chandler’s departure marks a leadership change for the building services company following her tenure as head of finance.
"On behalf of the board and management team, I would like to thank Cate for her commitment and contribution to Fleetwood during her tenure as CFO," said Fleetwood Chairman John Klepec.
Chandler will remain with the business for an interim transition period to facilitate an orderly handover of her financial responsibilities.
Following the announcement, the Fleetwood share price was unchanged at $2.53.
The company confirmed that its board has formally commenced an executive search process to select a permanent replacement.
Fleetwood operates across modular building solutions and accommodation services throughout Australia.
