  • Flagship Minerals received US$4 million in cash for its RK Lithium Project in Thailand.
  • The full cash consideration strengthens the company balance sheet while driving the share price up to $0.17.
  • The asset sale supports a planned transition into a focused gold and copper explorer.

Flagship Minerals (ASX:FLG) received US$4 million in cash after selling its RK Lithium Project.

The cash payment completes a binding sale agreement executed in June 2026 with a Thai syndicate.

"The divestment of the RK Lithium Project brings US$4 million cash into Flagship," said Flagship Minerals Managing Director Paul Lock.

Flagship stated that discussions are underway to sell its Khao Soon Tungsten Project in Thailand.

Following the announcement, the Flagship Minerals share price was up at $0.17.

The company plans to focus primary resources on its 2.1-million-ounce Isidora Gold Project in Chile.

It is also reviewing its Whipsaw Copper Project in Canada for a potential stock exchange spin-out.
