  • EV Resources has established a maiden exploration target of 1.8 to 5 million tonnes at its Los Lirios Antimony Project.
  • The announcement outlines the asset scale as global markets face acute supply tightness.
  • The company plans to utilise Phase 2 drilling to establish a maiden resource estimate in late 2026.

EV Resources (ASX:EVR) defined a maiden exploration target of up to 5 million tonnes in Mexico to quantify its asset scale.

The baseline estimate follows fifteen completed drill holes, extensive channel sampling, and a geophysical survey at the property.

The company stated that the phase two programme is designed to test high-grade feeder structures within the unit.

The conceptual target contains an estimated 70,000 to 166,000 tonnes of antimony metal across three separate zones.

Following the announcement, the EV Resources share price was unchanged at $0.01.

Recent shallow drilling at the Lirios 1 zone returned an intersection of 5.25m at 1.36% antimony from 8.1m.

The asset is one of few advanced antimony projects in North America amid ongoing global supply constraints.
