Transportation technology firm EROAD (ASX:ERD) has appointed David Leach as CEO, effective Oct. 12.
Leach previously served as chief executive of Cin7, where he grew annual recurring revenue past NZ$110 million.
"David is the right leader for EROAD as we move from reset to execution," said EROAD Executive Chair John Scott.
To ensure leadership continuity during the transition, the board extended John Scott's appointment as executive chair.
Following the announcement, the EROAD share price was unchanged at $0.88.
The company stated that its strategy remains focused on improving customer outcomes and building an AI-native platform.
