Enlitic (ASX:ENL) announced the signing of a data migration contract valued at US$1.5 million with Penn Medicine Doylestown Health.
The agreement marks a pivotal expansion of Enlitic's footprint within the University of Pennsylvania Health System, one of the premier academic medical networks in the United States.
Under the terms of the deal, Enlitic’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Laitek, will lead the migration of over 71 million legacy clinical files.
The records will be transitioned from the hospital’s current electronic medical record archive into a highly modernised, bespoke structure within Enlitic’s proprietary platform.
The project, scheduled to commence in Q2 2026 and conclude by the end of the calendar year, represents the second major collaboration between the two organisations.
Beyond simple data movement, the initiative involves complex data transformation, indexing, and validation to ensure clinicians maintain seamless access to vital historical patient records.
Enlitic CEO Michael Sistenich emphasised that the contract validates the company's specialised capabilities in managing large-scale clinical data transitions.
By modernising legacy archives while preserving data integrity, Enlitic positions itself as a long-term strategic partner for major US healthcare providers.
The company intends to leverage this successful integration to implement additional software solutions across the broader Penn Medicine network.
At the time of reporting, Enlitic’s share price was $0.0070.
