  • Enlitic secured its first Australian subscription agreement with Lumus Imaging.
  • The contract has a value of approximately $359,000 over three years.
  • The deal supports the transition of the business towards a recurring SaaS model.

Enlitic (ASX:ENL) signed a three-year Ensight subscription contract worth $359,000 with Lumus Imaging to enter the Australian market.

The agreement marks the first subscription for the platform in Australia following a prior deployment in New Zealand.

“This multi-year agreement provides a foundation to grow the relationship over time,” said Enlitic CEO Michael Sistenich.

The company stated that platform go-live is expected during the second half of 2026 based on workflow functionality.

Following the announcement, the Enlitic share price was unchanged at $0.005.

The company previously announced a platform go-live at New Zealand's largest private radiology provider in May.

Enlitic also secured contracts with Parkland Health and St Jude Children's Research Hospital earlier this year.
